Fernhurst Motor Company was established in 1981 by Ben Faulkner, its current Managing Director. It started life as a Sports and Classic dealership and took on a TVR Franchise in 1984.

Since then it has grown steadily, concentrating at all times on looking after customers rather than simply selling and servicing.


In December 2001 it was decided, with some misgivings, to relinquish the TVR franchise in favour of concentrating solely on used TVRs. It is our aim to become the largest stockist of quality used TVRs in the Country and we are already close to that target.

The Company is ideally situated on the Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire borders. It is within 30 minutes drive of the M25 and about the same from the South coast. We are open 7 days a week and are surrounded by magnificent countryside interspersed with some superb pubs; so a visit to Fernhurst can be turned into a full day out for the family.

The Company is a true specialist, having concentrated solely on TVR sports cars for over 20 years. Customers come from far and wide for helpful, and friendly advice, high quality servicing, and competitively priced, superbly- presented, used TVRs.

The day to day running of the Company falls onto the shoulders of Graham Munt. Initially running the workshop, Graham gained many years of experience with TVR to add to a wealth of knowledge gleaned while running his own classic motor business. In the fullness of time he took the opportunity of filling the role of Sales Manager where his mechanical expertise earned him the respect of his customers. Now, with a detailed understanding of all aspects of the business, there could be few better qualified to be our General Manager.

Drew Wheeler and Simon Bartlett manage the Sales department for the Company. With each having over 10 years experience in the sale and acquisition of TVRs, their experience and enthusiasm for the marque is second to none. It is their aim to find the right car to suit your requirements, as well as your budget, and not simply to sell you whatever is currently available.

We have our own, fully equipped, workshop managed by Bryan Sutton. He has been with the Company for over ten years and is supported by a team of experienced technicians and valeters.
