b) Details of the service history and when the car was
last serviced.

The correct specification including the exterior, interior
and carpet colour, and any extras the vehicle may have
such as power steering or air conditioning.
d) How many owners the car has had and the date of the
last M.O.T.

Any work that needs to be carried out before sale. Be
honest; ask yourself if I was purchasing my car from
a main dealer, what work would I expect to be done before
purchase. Consider particularly paintwork, trim, glass,
tyres and hood.
